Special announcement – Toys for Tots collection

News came out of Valdosta, Georgia this past weekend about a break-in at the Toys for Tots warehouse in that area. Unfortunately, nearly all of the stockpile of toys for this year’s campaign were stolen, and this could have a huge impact on families in south Georgia this Christmas season.

2nd Sat STEAK & SHAKE Cruise nights is holding a special cruise-in this Saturday in Valdosta at 7PM and will collect toys to start replenishing the stock for Toys for Tots.

Cameron Lashley, vice president of the Artesian City Car Club, will attend this cruise-in on Saturday to bring toys and represent the club. If any members wish to attend with Cameron, or send toys along, please let him know ASAP. Cameron is planning to leave Albany at about 5:15 PM on Saturday afternoon, so anyone is free to come along, or meet up with him before hand to send toys down.
