ACCC is always on the lookout for automotive-related events all over Georgia, western Alabama, and northern Florida. Our members love to travel to cruise-ins, car shows, swap meets, and auctions!
If you are organizing an event, we’d love to know about it and add it to our social networking platform. Your event can be listed on our Facebook page, website, and shared with our members and subscribers via email. Additionally, our event calendar is shared to a network of over a dozen social media groups, so we can help you publicize your event to thousands of people all over the southeastern U.S.

If you have an upcoming event that you would like share, please follow these instructions:
- All event listings should be shared to Artesian City Car Club at least 21 days in advance of the event to be included in our event calendars. This gives our membership adequate time to make plans, particularly for events that may require travel time.
- Your event needs to be listed as a public Facebook Event (this can be done from a personal Facebook profile, Facebook group, or Facebook Page).
- It should clearly state the date(s) of the event, the start and end time, and full location (including street address)
- The event listing should include specific contact details for people to get more information (at least a name and either a phone number or email address)
- If the event has a registration fee or other type of cost, it should be stated in the event details.
- Once your event details are in place, send a Facebook Message to the Artesian City Car Club with the link to the event. We will add that link to our event calendar, and it will automatically add to our website and will be included in social media pushes to other groups.
- Don’t forget to periodically check the event listing on Facebook. Visitors will often post questions to the Facebook discussion area of the event, and you will be answer questions directly from there.

The Artesian City Car Club reserves the right to deny listing events which may not be appropriate for our membership, create scheduling conflicts with ACCC-hosted Feature events, or are not family-friendly for all ages.
