Event Calendar Listings
ACCC offers event calendar listings for automotive-related events throughout the Southeastern United States. The majority of these events are hosted by other organizations and individuals that are not affiliated with ACCC. Listing for events held by third-party organizers are collected from public forums, email lists, and social media platforms, and also listed at the specific request of event organizers.
All event listings are presented in good faith. Please note that an event listing on the ACCC website does not imply an endorsement of that event or the event organizer by ACCC, and ACCC makes no guarantee about nor accepts liability regarding the accuracy of the information presented. ACCC is not liable for any damages related to participation in any events listed on our website. Questions, comments, and concerns about specific events should be directed to the Event Organizer associated with the event(s) in question.
Event listings are provided at no charge to event organizers. ACCC reserves the right to restrict listings based upon, but not limited to, the following criteria:
- All Events must be geographically appropriate to ACCC’s primary service region, which is, within the United States, the entire States of Georgia and Alabama, and the northern portion of the State of Florida.
- All Events must be related to automotive collecting, and be open to the general public. This generally means Car Shows, Cruise-Ins, Swap Meets, and community service fundraisers by automotive enthusiast organizations.
- All Events should promote a safe, family-friendly atmosphere. Events listings may not have reference to or implications of illegal activities.
- ACCC reserves the right to reject third-party event listings that do not comply with these guidelines, or may have conflicting schedules with ACCC feature events.
If any Event Organizer wished to remove an event listing from the ACCC website, contact ACCC via by emailing webmaster@artesianccc.org.
Mailing List
ACCC provides a mailing list to our visitors at no cost or obligation. Subscribers will receive period news updates and event listings from ACCC, generally about once or twice per calendar week. Dues-paying ACCC members are automatically added to the mailing list, and all visitors may opt-in to subscribe to the mailing list.
Information collected through our mailing list subscription form is 100% confidential, and is not shared, sold, or otherwise communicated outside of the ACCC organization.
All subscribers may change their subscription status at any time by following instructions contained within the newsletter emails.
Surveys
From time-to-time, ACCC may request information via surveys on this website. Participation in surveys is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information and/or demographic information. Contact information will only be used as necessary to fulfill specific visitor requests. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site and/or services offered by ACCC.
