In early June, we shared some bad news about the Toys for Tots warehouse in Valdosta, Georgia. The warehouse was burglarized and nearly all of the toys for the area’s 2018 Christmas season were stolen. The Artesian City Car Club participated in a toy drive on June 10 and sent two large boxes of toys to Valdosta during an event hosted by 2nd Sat STEAK & SHAKE Cruise nights.

There’s still a LOT of work to do! Several Valdosta businesses and organizations are stepping up to collect toys to replace what was lost. Check out this article from SouthGeorgiaToday.com about an upcoming toy collection event by Wheeled Warriors on July 28:
