Join the Artesian City Car Club for Trunk Or Treat at the Albany Civic Center on October 28 at 7:00 PM. We will have a costume and candy event to benefit the youth of Albany, Georgia. Put yourself and your vehicle in costume and we will see you there! Rain date, if necessary, is Sunday, October 29, at 6PM.
